Tiffin University

Tiffin University opened its doors in 1888, and since then has provided a hands-on, career-oriented education to its students. Based in Tiffin, Ohio, the school places a large emphasis on partnerships that enable students to have real-world experience that will prepare them for the job market.


Key Features

  • The undergraduate education program at Tiffin is made possible by a collaboration with Lourdes College in Sylvania, Ohio.
  • Students can earn their degree in Integrated Language Arts or Integrated Social Studies, aimed at those interested in teaching at the middle or high school level.
  • For the bachelor’s program, the general education and "content specialization" in English and History are taught by Tiffin faculty, while the credentialing and certification process are handled by Lourdes faculty.
  • Tiffin also offers an online Master’s of Education program with courses in the psychology of learning, ethical and legal issues and more.
